If you are at LCA 2010 next week, I'm presenting a tutorial on writing secure privileged programs. The tutorial (10:30am-12:15pm, Friday, 22 January) will draw heavily on Chapter 38 (and a little bit on Chapter 39) of my book. Come along if you want tips on coding more safely in C on Linux/UNIX.

I wasn't aware of this blog until today. Thank you for sharing the slides. I have just a modest suggestion. Could you put here a 1-slide-per-page version of the presentation? (Nowadays almost all printer drivers allow laying multiple pages per sheet. 8/1 is my favorite configuration, but it's all about giving freedom to the readers.)
ReplyDeleteYour upcoming book looks promising and from all information available about it, TLPI come across as a must-have book for Linux programmers, thus I have pre-ordered it already.
